I love seeing what I call the ‘light bulb effect’. It is when people start to understand what we do and realize that chiropractic can help them. When the light bulb goes on their hope for health is renewed. It truly is the most exciting part of being a chiropractor! Of course it is equally exciting to see someone regain their health in the process of care.

1. Relief
Care
Relief care…it’s where we start.
Many people seek care in our practice and have one goal: relief. So that’s where we start! During this initial stage of intensive care, we have several obligations:
- Uncover the underlying cause of the health problem
- Suggest a care plan to produce the fastest results possible
- Offer ways patients can participate in their recovery
- Explain the value of post-symptomatic wellness care
Damaged for Decades
Learn More On Spinal Reconstruction
When the spine becomes misaligned, the body begins to lay down scar tissue soon after. With time, layer upon layer of scar tissue builds up. By the time neck pain, back pain, headaches, and other symptoms develop, there is often severe breakdown in the discs and joints of the spine.
Staying Well
The third key is wellness care, maintaining the spine in a healthy state. The daily stresses of life, sitting, standing, sleeping and work postures, slips and falls, and emotional and chemical stresses, continue to affect your spine and body throughout life. Finding and correcting any new mis-alignments in the spine, and keeping the spine from returning to the previously damaged state, is the key to maintaining a healthy spine for a lifetime!
Our Team
Lily Meyer RMT
2025 marks my 21st year as a Registered Massage Therapist.
Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of providing care from newborns to seniors, and every stage in between. This diverse and vibrant community of patients has been a constant source of inspiration, and I am deeply grateful for the trust they place in me.
I began my academic journey at the University of Guelph, before graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH), where I specialized in sports massage. Following my graduation, I had the opportunity to return to the University of Guelph, where I provided outreach services at their soccer and sports facilities, further refining my skills and deepening my expertise in delivering effective, targeted treatments.
I currently practice within a family-oriented Chiropractic clinic, where we work collaboratively to provide personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.
